Return Window
You may return unused products within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- All seals and tags must be intact
- A proof of purchase (order number) is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened or used
- Custom/bulk orders (unless defective)
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
How to Return
- Contact us via WhatsApp with your order number
- Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions
- Pack the item securely in original packaging
- Ship to the address provided (return shipping costs covered if the item is defective)
Refunds
- Approved returns: Refund processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund method: Original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp
- Include photos of the damage/packaging
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund
